easy enough mistake to make i suppose, if it was me i would just take everything apart and read the manual and put it back together like it shows you, that way you know everything is in the right place.

Is it ETek 1? ((with the flashing LED lights?)
Make sure the dwell set properly. or change the battery
also make sure the solenoid wiring to the board is in correctly.

for the fun of it i put the rammer in upside down and the bolt does cycle while not releasing any of the air. theres a difference in the two holes the screw is able to fit into, you have to put the one where you can see the exhaust valve facing the top of the marker or else it doesnt release the air.
