I have never fired at a cat, I have a spaniel which loves chasing them so let her out when the cats are lurking.Firing at cats is a pretty dickish thing to do. As is firing your gun in the garden. Both could result in a visit from the police, and you'd more than deserve it in my opinion.
Dry firing scares the bejesus out of my next door neighbours cats, its rather funny watching it launch itself of the top of our shed, hit the floor once then its through the cat flap.
Cats to me are in the same class as badgers, guinea pigs, and poodles, they are funny to look at but serve no real purpose in life.
Funny how this thread has gone from "how to empty a tank" to "please dont shoot cats"
