have you taken it apart at all? if you have, make sure when you put it back together the board is sitting flush with the plastic, if it isnt the 'ears' wont pick up the sound properly, and will only register maybe 1 in 3 shots

iv taken it appart a couple of times!
it may be that!
thats what it tends to do!
only spin a couple of balls through!

check you havent trapped a wire when putting it back together. They snip quite easily.

You can order a new board quite cheaply, even posting in the WANTED section may bring up a cheap result

What gun is it on? You can drill two holes on the back plate or in the shell to let the sound get to the board more easily if it's really quiet.

btw, its worth mentioning that when you turn on a reloader B you need to do so WHEN ITS EMPTY.

DO NOT FILL IT WITH PAINTBALLS THEN TURN ON
