Hmmm, try checking the board wire and microswitch

New eye board micro switch bud

I really don't know now, try check the trigger screw that activate the microswitch, screw it outward may do the trick

Trigger adjusted too closely perhaps activating switch twice by barely breaking the contact? Or try factory reset again as half time it didnt work for me

tried the factory reset goes mental imagine semi at 30bps really easy, will try the trigger adjustment

If its adjusted too closely, sometimes a light movement will activates it the second it breaks the contact with the clicking point

Adjusted the trigger to the point didn't work at all lol

Yes according to my mate started breaking loads of paint opened it up and the old eyes were gunked up replaced the eye board ever since this problem I've cleaned the noid just in case lol

Has he still got the old board? Clean it and try it , every possibility of a dodgy board. And as anal as it is got anymore batteries? Have had a few duffs before
