I would go to google, type in "stinger.exe" and download this stand alone programme. If you do get any email hacks it will sort it out for you. It also deals with trojans, virus's and a bunch of other crap.

Very good programme and has deleted things Norton couldnt. I run it once fortnightly just to make sure. My friend was receiving spam emails on his hotmail account and when we ran stinger it showed us 62 hotmail hacks, and it deleted them, and now he doesnt get spammed as much (some spam is not through a hack)

it's possible that there's a virus or spyware associated with the site, it's more likely a "phish" site. They collect personal information from (gullible) users, then use it to do identity theft scams.

Basically - Don't put your email address, password and other personal information on any site you don't know, especially if it's from an email.

I got that email from a couple people as well and its worth checking the terms and conditions. I wasn't really interested once I had gone through them.

I guess its the price to pay for free texting.

Thats almost as good as the e-mail I just got for my bike - apparantly they want to pay 12K (realistic price 2/2.5K) to film a car chase in Scotland cos they were looking for a red car ????

I'm surprised folks still fall for these things - as the old saying applies "If it's free ...............
