Shizer. Sorry, I was on auto-pilot. you're correct. You've got an Ego 11, not an Lv1. 15.5 is the factory setting.
No worries, i factory reset the board anyway, its made no difference. Il leave it overnight gassed up and see if it looses air, il try yet another fresh battery just to make sure tomorro too. Other than that il just cry in the corner.
I had something similar where I couldn't get mine past 260. I sent it into planet and it turned out the holes in the body that the solenoid passess air through weren't drilled out correctly. They sorted it for free and got it back to me. I'd give planet a call if I were you bud
