Skeet i've just pulled my 05 apart, and i can't find a way to get this problem.

My sentiments exactly...I've just pulled mine off and after I cleaned up and put Paris away, I set to wondering how this could occur.

It must just not be slotted in the groove.

It doesn't sit in the groove, you have to slide the manifold UNDER the groove.

it all seems fine which is why im stuck the noid and maniold its self go in fine all the way when its disconected from the qevs so off the rammer housing but when they are on wont budge any further , its an 06 and the frm is off the lpr isnt in, took the eyes completly off now so it isnt that so i dunno now not realli wanna force it as noids are expensive

Yes mate, you slide it in at an angle on the opposite side of the gap, then push the whole assembly up another half inch.

When you say "off the rammer housing", is that with the rammer out, or in?

Can't remember if there are screws holding the manifold to the noid, but if so...make sure they are tight.

Not round the wrong way is it? Silly..but...

have you removed the hoses and put the wrong one on the front, they are different lengths. The back hose is shorter than the front hose.

it realli wont bugde tho
its in the right position but wont slide that extra few mm i can put it all but the manifold/noi stays where it is and the rammer housing slides up then stops when all the hoses sqash i shall just leave it and see it i can fix in the morning thatks any way dude

is the whole rammer assembly not going in fully, the end cap should be flush with the end of the body.
