well if that didnt work, and you tried playing with the trigger screws?

yup tried playing with the trigger screws and set it so could travel as far as possible for both pre travel and after travel were max

about page 35 onwards, I still think its this filtering malarchy.

I'm sure once lovetone shows up he'll have a giggle at us all and sort you out easilly.

I have a spare 05 ego board I can send you for diagnosis if you want? can sort me some smackers for it if you decide to keep it, otherwise you can send it back?
that is presuming its an 05 :] I had similar trouble with an intimidator a while back and it turned out to be the board.

Wait up there soad, Team-mate of mine had the exact same problem didnt turn out to be the board it happened on an 05 of his with stock trigger im not sure exactly what he did but il post him this link next time he is online so he can give you a solution
