Hi Aran,

If you are still joining us on Sunday then we can sort this out for you. If you do go ahead, make sure to only get the tape in the threads on not around the front of the the elbow otherwise you will blow bits of tape into your guns internals.

You should probably test for the exact leak location with some soapy water - just dab it around the area and see where it makes bubbles. It might be your bottle o-ring after all.

Tank o-rings are the easiest to fix... we will have lots.

no, its not the tanks o-rings definetly coming from the elbow and bubbles were created....yes i am coming for this sunday...

thing is guys i would use threadlock rather than tape for the above reason specified (tape in marker ) sorry to be a pedant but im pretty sure its not recommended to use tape rather than goo

and if you used old macroline its probably that - you need to cut the old bit off it where the elbow jaws have locked

new macro, and loctite on the eblow threads, always works for me...and no messy old tape to ruin your £80 solenoid

where can i get loctite from? dom will there be some macro lieing around on sunday?

just make sure you leave the loctite for like 20 mins once applied and screwed in before airing your gun up.
