ok guy i think its the barrel, as i unloaded a whole hopper on ramping without the barrel on, and didnt get one break then as soon as i put it on i got a break. I have no idea why as the paint/barrel match is good but there ya go. gonna try a different barrel to see if that clears it up.

i very much doubt it's that unless your barrel bore is really too small , I was told at a Nexus clinic that you should get a clean roll through with as little space as possible between the balls and the barrel (something to do with not needing the barrel to hold the ball as nobody uses cockers anymore) , the forces on a paintball are much much different when the barrel is on,and if anything you may want to try upping your dwell to 10 and screwing the LPR in 2 full turns from flush ,it could just be to high an LPR and a combination of ****ty cold weather.

Just to add, when you check the detents, sometimes they can look fine but aren't, they split at the base but go back to shape, you have to fiddle with them to make sure they're not split... If you know what I mean.
