There is only two possible causes for this leak one and the most likely is the number 10nbr70 o-ring in the inline bottom. This o-ring can be seen if you split the reg look down into the inline bottom from the top where the adjuster is you should see it. You can try relubeing it but in all honesty better to replace and then lube.
The only other cause for this leak is the 15nbr90 on the inline piston but this is very rare and the fix is the same just replace and relube.
