Stripped the marker down, cleaned every nook and cranny, even took apart the solo (i know but it was black inside and filled with gunk)
re oiled it all.

Then did the whole air bottle trick like you said and it worked a charm. Even turned it full on to see if it made a difference just in case and it did.

no probs m8, i had guys do the same to mine on site, they took it apart, scrached their heads and looked again.

And i used the noob thing and said "what does this do then"

fiddled with it and hey presto, on looking the pin was microns longer than standard, for what reason i have no idea.

Sometimes its good to have no clue what so ever
