Make that when you switch the marker on, bright light or sunlight does not shine onto the eyes, cover the feedneck.

Is anything loose, eg, board, connectors etc, if it is ittermittent, the vibrations caused when firing could cause loose connectors to stop giving a signal.
Have you tried moving the pinched eye wire when firing ?

Thanks for the help guys, fired a whole case through it at training with only one minor issue, (still firing for a second or so after taking finger off the trigger, only happened once.) I tried a lot of the suggestions so I can't narrow it down to what fixed it so thanks all!

If its firing after you stopped pulling the trigger something in the values has been changed or the trigger is very sensative?

It only happened twice so i'm overlooking it but yeah the triggers magnet return wasn't too strong and i'll check the settings before I play again :)
