Apart from the a few basic upgrades like a longer snatch grip and finger adjustable rammer cap then it looks like an 07..... not much difference really!
egos never have had and i doubt ever will have adjustable ram caps.
the milled ram cap you see was introduced with zick kit, and is milled that way for weight issues (it was an SL stock part) not to be unscrewable by hand.
tbh if people are gonna generalise at least use logic.
it seems to be more like an sl74 than anything else, using 4 of the key ups found on that model (compared to the base 07 model), being the new star reg internals, double QEV, improved rake trigger and zick kit.
