Haven't had a software update have you?

Laser eyes need to have the "Hi Power" setting activated, so if you have had some sort of reset or software update, then default would be Low Power and they may not like that.

right people found out what it is! the top button is constantly pressed in now taken the board out and the button clicks like it's working,but if i go to the menu screen i can not scroll though options using the top button. Any help?

Sounds like a call to Planet or a message to Jahlad for advice.

Don't try and release it with any force, if in doubt, let Planet fix it for you.

Sounds like a simple case of a defective push button issue meaning that the board needs to be swapped out for you.
