If its an old bolt, it may be worth replacing. Alot of bolt wear will affect FPS

I have been having a similar problem with my 05. I have found that running some paint through it to warm it up helps getting a stable velocity.

Cheers Evelram, but I chrono'd at the end of a very hot day after training andvthe result was the same. The shim stack looks right as well. Might try changing the orings on the bolt.

Check the plug on the end of the HPR piston, if that's got a significant groove / is excessively worn, that may be your cause and can be solved with a new one from the complete spares kit.
