Anyone used an Egg on an E-Blade??

I'm getting my AWESOME E-Blade soon and am seriously thinking aout getting an Egg but aint too sure how they perform.

I'm also a bit concerned about the whole gun balance thing, the grip on a cocker is further forward than on electros so most of the weight (due to eggs stance) will be over the back of the gun. Need to know if they feel ok.

Before anyone says owt, I don't want a Halo, I think they're too heavy and bulky, even though they make E's spit fire.

I use one for a backup. It works fine, but use the eye... it isn't as fast as a Halo yet. They say that VL is releasing a new board this year, so we'll see.

As far as balance, I like it ok. It looks sweet, but I wish it were faster.

Al, the eggo 2 more than keeps up mith my trix at 16bps..... i have witnesses (matrix has shot counter on grip frame). As for the weight it does kinda tip it back but you get used to it, and its negligable when your playing..

ive just bought a base ir3 last week and have a halo didnt fancy sanding it down just so i bought a evo2 came monday fits the feed stub really tight no movement at all.i dont really want to cut the feed neck just yet as it doesnt seem any higher than if my halo was fitted.and yes brasseagle/viewloader are bringing out replacement boards allegdley capable of 22bps due out i think summertime,and cant you only get black or clear evo2s at the moment?

about the shakey website. The roughneck feed neck is two piece. One piece fits to the marker and the other fits around the hopper neck. When you screw the top-half down onto the half already in the marker it self tightens. So no need for sanding, cutting and it will take ANY hopper. It also looks sweet as is has flame milling.

I'll try and get a photo, I understand there is a photo of one of our markers in the next PGI.
