Thats cool!!
Still wanna know what the mini bottle looking thing is on the one in question, the gat looks very similar to a few of those above except none of them have this bottle in place of the fore grip:confused:
Gotta say that it looks funky as....
but cant work out its purpose, someone mentioned an anti liquid thingy majob:confused::cool:

Does it cost much to send pics via mobile?? anyone wanna be the recipient and then post em up for me???
Had a few offers for this already but dont wanna make any promises untill I know what it is exactly!!

Its was called the fridge system and was pretty much perfected by hook gun co, some liquid co2 would creep through from the 20z bottle and if it hit the marker it would destroy the seals so the "fridge" system acted as an expansion chamber that warmed up the liquid and turned it back to a gas.

The Eclipse Mag came out in the early 90's.

Its worth looking at and even if it hasn't been used for years, a couple of drops of oil in the right places should bring it to life and if not you can still get spares for them, which would usually be o-rings.

The Don, on here is the mag man.

Its fairly rare, being a custom house jobbie, so...gotta be worth £80-£100 but see what you can get it for....he may not have paid anywhere near that, so...start at £50 and see what he says.

Still a good reliable semi, obviously isn't going to compete speed wise, but will still do the damage.

Looking at the Reg part of the valve, it looks like it has been Pro Maged, by the number of holes around it, so its likely a Level 7 and you could get a Level 10 kit for it is you wanted as well as one of the later on/off's to improve trigger response.

Has a double trigger which helps.

I would buy if you like it.

EDIT: It was probably bought and run on Co2...the small 3.5oz tank is an Anti Syphon AKA Liquid Trap, to stop liquid Co2 entering the gun and freezing it up.

It looks like this one has been set to run on Air, as they were designed to be.
Yes, SOMEONE did mention SOMETHING about and Anti Liquid thingy...and explained why and what for too!!!
And why the other one doesnt have one!!

I was reffering to the mags in the link a few posts up, not the one in my first post:rolleyes: as you had already mentioned it was set up for air.

And I only asked for another explanation as there are a number of gats in the very same link that do not seem to have an expansion chamber and I am unsure if air was even around back then:confused:

no bother either way.....

The Mag...was DESIGNED to run on air..in fact, the Valve was rated to 3000psi, yes 3000psi.

You could bung 1200 PSI into one and have it bounce like buggery...

The first Airsystem's were made by Air America and Daystate.

I think...
