There's plenty of markers faster then the speed, its operation by which I mean low pressure by efficiency is nothing new. WDP are excellent marketeers though!

As I said, both are fantastic markers but certainly not the only choice out there!

Hi All,

Just finished my review of the Speed, get it here

I'm no orracle on these matters but it's an honest review without the usual horse**** 'This rocks - buy it now' or 'OMG - I could hit three people with one ball with this marker' type nonsense I so often come across...

You'll need Acrobat reader to read it, unless you are on a mac. Get that here...

Hope it helps you decision!

I know that one marker can't be more accurate than another when considering a single shot, but how about stability when delivering a long string? a 1 degree deflection at the end of the barrel is four feet off targetat 40 feet, so which marker is most stable when rattling of high ROF?

Well on the cocker theres a hell of a lot of mass flying about! If the angel is set up for low pressure there shouldn't be a lot of kick to it.
Wouldn't of thought there was enough to see a big differance between the 2 though.

I think the Speed has notibly less kick than an IR3 running at 400psi from AIR. I found the cocker to have more kick than an IR3 because of what Paul stated (bag block slamming back and forth). However, it's not necassarily worse for the user, just a different feel....

You can also run the Speed in it's stock form as low as 200psi, with allegedly no shoot down etc Haven't tried it myself yet this low but will try it at training tomorrow.

When WDP release the volumiser set, the Speed should be able to go as low as 150psi, which is bringing it into the 'kickless' arena of the Matrix etc...

I don't think you will be disappointed with either. The really good thing in my opinion is that they are both British designed and made (well, the eblade part of the cocker anyway), so you'll be doing your bit for the economy either way :D
