Like you have on most of your items placed a logo that is the best way to stop this kind of thing happening, it is a well known fact that everyone borrows everyones pictures as it saves time and effort afterall they are in the public domain as for the ebay thing if you have read the rules and regulations you would have read that you have to be 18 yoa to use there services on the website therefore if they do buy them and they are under 18 then they are breaking the law too. i have mainly credit card sales and guess what you need to be 18 yoa to have one of those too, i always ask if they are old enough to buy these items, postage well you are not supposed to transfer any explosives fireworks or not so thats a no win situation full stop, you buy your smoke grenades via diablo yes , well if they were to send there smoke/ mk5s out to you the absolute correct way you would be paying a hell of alot more than you are now. postage on any explosive low or high is very expensive.

Firstly it is only polite to ask to use other peoples information, we would have said no, I assume you could have taken pictures of your own stock (if you have any)

and secondly,
For your information, Diablo do not post out smoke grenades or thunderflashes, and neither do we. The smoke grenades do not cost any more as we collect them from a trade warehouse on account of us being trade.

The reason I didnt contact you at first was because I wasnt 100% sure about my facts. Then I spend a really boring Saturday making sure I knew what I was talking about.
At that time you were quite severly breaking the law. Whether you were intentionally doing it or not is irrelevant. If you ever did get into trouble with the law then the consequences to paintball would have been very bad indeed. When it comes to the law paintball is generally given the benifit of the doubt. I just want to keep it that way.

Then I thought "why the hell should it be me chasing round after you" I dont walk up to drug dealers and tell them that they are breaking the law. As a retailer you have certain responsibilities.

I have seen that you have now ammended your web site and that is certainly to your credit. I also think that everone should get off your case as we all should be allowed to screw up at least once.

P.S. do I get paid for my legal advice ;)
