pros: damn fast and gentle on paint no bouncing
sorry if this is a stupid question but why is the E2 anymore gentle on paint than the E1?
Not saying it isn't just want to know if it is & why as it could be a factor in deciding whether to get 1 or not.:D

Well...neither is faster than the other, so dont let anyone tell you different...the Race has to be programmed via a laptop or palmtop computer, whereas the E-Blade is adjustable on gun....the Race has a sprung trigger, and the E-Blade has a magnetic trigger, both feel a little different to each other so that is personal preference...the Race has a rechargeable battery in the grip, and can be charged in gun, wheras the E-Blade uses either replaceable batterys, or rechargeables, but cannot be charged in gun, the E1 is very hard on batterys but the E2 is very efficient, I dont know about the Race on that one....The E-Blade is made in the UK!! The race is German I think, or something like that...

Really its personal preference..I prefer th look of teh E1, E2 to teh Race frames, and I think the E's are better quality etc,,,however, I very much like the 04 Half Block cocker, which had a race frame on it....teh only other thing, is that the Race is in a legal Grey area, being as it is possible, with software changes, to make the gun fully automatic...which is a potential prison sentence....

That wasnt relating to the E1 V E2, it was a statement about the Cocker in general when fitteb with sucha frame...they run low cocking preassures.

Probably..I dont know!!

well i think ill try both first before i decide which is the one for me, some guys at the club have race grips and e2s, i have a e1 which bounces fcuk loads, one of the guys clocked 60 shots in bounce, do you have any idea on what to do to stop the annoying bounce,
cheers

Set the point of fire at teh beginning or end of th trigger pull...make teh magnet strength reasonable...not too short a pull...make sure coking preassure is just enough to cycle gun properly at speed...delrin bolt....go into grip, scroll to TPUL up it bit by bit, to no higher than 008....then go to TREL and do the smae....dont use a drop forward as it makes teh gun like a big leaf spring...

see this is why they shouldnt have made e2 grips compatible with e1 frames. more like bonces per second:D

and yeah i agree with whoever pointed out at the end of the day its only a cocker. i love mine to death, comfortable, light, reliable, and is my showpiece when i introduce friends/family to my hobby but my bulky heavyweight plainlooking angel 2001 lcd (apart from in winter) is still my favoured gun of choice performance wise, but thats down to the cocker not the trigger frame.

if you cocker is good enough to justify spending all that money then go for it from all the good reviews its got. its faster is one selling point but for me it is definately the battery life. i mean i would pay all that dough just to actually put my feetup and die after running around all day rather than spend that annoying minute and a half taking the grip off so i ca remove the 9v.

ive only dried fired the e2, but i was still impressed.

as with all things its personal taste.
