As the xmag has a spring which pushes the level 10 back to recock enough air has pressurised ready for firing again. Basically wot im getting at is as u break firing speeds of say 18ball a second does the blade cocker have a velocity drop unlike the x mag. Cheers!
18 balls a second from a cocker set on semi auto???
I'd have to see the video before I believe that!

I don't think you have an issue with drop off providing you use a quality air system and reg!

No drop of with the Mag as it uses the R\T valve, the new valves are tweaked up a bit and made of alloy ,at last. Cocker on 18bps? not seen that one but i've got a clip of an Xmag\halo combo doing 18 bps:D

Also cheers fleisher but i know that there isnt any drop off on the xmag with the lv10 as i was shown by JOHN SOSTA in his WORKSHOP. Thx for the info tho guys :)
Sorry to say this dude but you won't hit 18 bps in semi :(

I have an X-mag and a Race Cocker (not an E-blade but same thing really ;) )

I love them both. There is a lot to be said for shooting a cocker fast. Gotta love that back block.

But that said I play serious events etc. with the X-mag. I love how compact and light it is. It's fast and is very gentle on paint ( did 28 cases of paint through it without a break...) . It's also a lot easier to look after than any cocker. I'm dreading cleaning my cocker... which is why it's still got a decent covering of mud on it... :)

They are both great but for me the X-mag is one heck of a package.

Cocker ROF

Their is a video of a Race-grip cocker firing at 18bps (or somewhere arround that rof) on their web-site. That is stupidly fast!

People are raving about the E-Blade, saying it is the best thing ever. I love Cockers and may well shoot them forever, I can't get on with a X-Mag trigger, which is a shame, coz they have so much to offer; the mechanical back-up, the level 10 etc. Plus they don't have that Heath Robinson look that the Cocker has going for it.

I ahve shot a Race-cocker and it rocked, I started wondering if I had enough cash to buy one... sadly the answer was no
I wouldn't buy a marker I'd never shot before though, try one out, any of the Planet sponsored teams are all but contracted to show them off to you, go and ask.
