I am gonna speak to Jack about rechargeable 9Vs, and buy myself a 9v charge rig to run off my ciggy lighter, at the rate my Eblade uses batteries, it should pay for itself before next week :D

My Eblade is fine on batteries. - Just as well cause i hate buying those things. - Bare in mind that you spend near on £900-£1000 and then put 'bargain basement' batteries in the damn thing.

Put Duracel M3 batteries in for the optimum performance. - Failing that i hear that pototoes carry a electrical charge ..... you could always give that a whirl.

Duracell Pro-Cell

These don't seem to last too long either. The batteries drain if you leave them in the marker with it switched off...

Got the same problem................

Yeah i had the same problem so all I do is take out the battery at the end of each day of play. I knoe this is a pain but the batts last a whole lot longer.

Does that not reset the trigger tho? The battery planet supplied with mine has lasted about a week or so, that does involve a lot of fiddling with it tho. I have put a new duracell in and we'll see how that lasts......

Battery Life

Some notes on increasing eBlade battery life -

1) Ensure that the hammer lug is polished, as detailed in the manual.
2) Ensure that the sear solenoid travel is approximately 1.4 to 1.5mm.
2) Use a light main spring.
3) Set the SON parameter as low as possible (3 or 4ms).
4) Remove the battery if the marker will not be used for a while.
