what is going on on this forum?

I transfered the money for the air bottle on the 15th of the month and have not received it yet!

Would be nice if you finally PM the tracking number, I have been asking for it since 18th October.

I don't really care about your 'positive' feedback, as I am experiencing something completely different here.

I would not like to be conned on this forum second time in one month. I am loosing my patience mate...

Could you get in touch asap. Thanks

I hope I am not being too intrusive, I would really like to get this tracking number and/or some explanation.

Sad to say, but it looks like you are ignoring me deliberately. I will tell you what I am going to do next.

If I do not receive the parcel by 24th October, I will get in touch with the admin for starters,

then personally with Chris from LIPS to whom you asked me to PayPal (I have got the receipt) the money to.

No doubt they will have to give the money back to who they belong to as I have not purchased anything from them.

Apparently, the money I transfered to Chris were towards your new air system.

Sounds silly, but hopefully they can help to solve the problem that we are having here.

Like i have sent you in my pms mate i have not been ignoring you i have responded to every mail you have sent the bottle was sent and i am trying to source the number for you but i am in the middle of a move at the moment ! if the bottle dont turn up by the weekend i have no problem in giving you your money back but dont go round slating my name thank you very much !

And you certainly dont need to bring up lips on that matter they have nothing to sort out you just need to calm down a bit Zuko the bottle has been sent what am i to do go and find the bottle in the royal mail system and say sorry i will hand deliver this myself ??? come on mate !

I am not having any problems with LiPs (I have just mentioned where the money have been sent and towards what)

more with a lack of replies to my questions from you. Let me make this clear, nobody is trying to slander your name.

I am paying side, the customer you are the seller. I expect customer service on an average level from you,

e.g. reasonable answer awaiting time, where you have failed. At last, could you get in touch with your post office,

Royal Mail or whoever you have to and keep me updated ..from now on, please?
