Just to clear up any confusion...
The tech department at DYE Europe, sadly, does not offer a 'tuning' or 'servicing' facility, this means that we cannot receive a gun to be 'set up' or 'tweaked'. We will gladly repair any problems that cannot be fixed by simply giving advice/instruction via e-mail, or over the phone or by sending out replacement parts.
If you ever have any questions or queries about any DYE/Proto marker whether it be a direct problem which you marker is suffering from, or a question about maintenance and how to keep your Matrix working at its finest, then we are more than happy to help.
