I had a cocker before my matrix and there are only realy two markers I would shoot - matrix and cocker both have different strengths. Both can cycle very quickly but the difference is that a matrix can cycle at low pressure while to get a cocker to cycle at very high rates then you need to turn the pressure up which could break fragile paint.

Now if I could have the ROF of a matrix, efficency of a cocker, weight of a cocker, stability of a matrix at high ROF, lack of external moving parts like a matrix, eye of a matrix and sheer bling of a top of the range eclipse cocker ........... now then I'd be very happy. :D

Its really down to preference.

Get you hands on both and try it.

You might like the extra lenght and stability of the Matrix or you may hate it.

both are sweet.

Oh and sykesg

Dye Matrix

Hi there Guys

I have used the matrix before and i thought damn this is fast. I have a e-blade but haven't used it yet. This weekend i should be able to test it out. I was asking just to see what fellow paintballer thought. I know its down to what is best for u but i wanted to see what everyone thought. Thanks for the reply and keep them coming guys

Cheers

i have used eblades and trix's and IMO i rekon the trix is better. I have never really seen an eblade cycle that fast whereas every matrix seems to be a machine gun.

race guns on the other hand, sweet................................

The ROF for a Nexus Ecocker is limited to the hopper, although the gun can cycle at 40 cps. Not sure about the Matrix..

The trix seems like a good gun when set up properly, although ive never been keen on the size and weight of them.

I seriously love the NeXEBlade and wouldnt hesitate to buy one if I wasnt sponsored. I dont agree with the eye being inferior as I only chopped one ball all last season. What more can you ask for..

My oppinion (abit of an echo I know) would be to try em both. Then decide for yourself..
Come up and ask for a shoot of one of our gats when you next see one of us.

Peace :)

I wouldnt advise using a Nexus players gun as a comparrison to guage the performance of an Eblade.;) They are not going to have the same settings as normal factory set guns. Similarly dont test the Tigers guns as guages of Matrixes, as they also will not be factory set.

Your best bet is to approach a lower divisional player, and ask to try his for an accurate comparrison of two factory set guns.:)

Either way, both will shoot well with a HALO on, and both are efficient. :)

Ahhh not true man..

Our guns are set on FF, just like all of the EBlades planet sells.

Factory fast is all you need to shoot fools :p :D
