Check the lenses before buying them- I bought some that were seperated (inner from outer lens) before I opened them. I don't know if it was rough handling or poor QC, but it is another reason to support local retail PB shops over internet mass merchants. Except Planet. They rock.

You would be best going with a new lense matey.
They aint exactly cheap, but its better than a crappy lense fogging during the game!

Thankyou very much guys, i think i will go and get sum new lense but not for a well, i av place the old on in its in good condition only one prob was that the bottom nose clip but thats ok i think. i try to push my thumbs though it and it did not budge,

Its a good point..but..assuming its still in its frame, the Lexan lenses will take a 12 G shotgun round! Double glazed or not...
By the way...if your a Pro Member, where are your 5 gold stars?!!

Would take a shotgun round.... i'll have to try that one....

Gold stars: ain't got a clue mate... i ain't done anything to it... thats just what it says.... it use to say Am Member or something like that...

As skeetmaster says, it's the outer lens which offers the protection. The inner is just for the thermal effect. If you remove the inner lens, clean both and refit the inner lens, with a spacer that gives a seal and seperates the lenses from each other, then it will be as good as new. Done it before with good results
