DYE invision Lens prob

Hi there i av a dye invision thermal lens clear, and sum how water has got inbetween the lens and its all misted up, there are not cracks or holes ne where on each of the lens and therefore i dont know how it got there.

- Does ne one know what i can do to fix this prob
- OR do i ned to get a new lens!!! if so is ne one sellin atm? :D Cheap Thermal please.

( I was thinking of takin off the iner lens and cleaning it up and then sticking it back on with sum super glue, would this be any good ??? :S )

Ne help would be greatly appreciated, :) :) :)

DONT take the lense apart - and super glue...erm no, wouldnt if i were you. you need a new lense, water gets through the black stuff holding the 2 layers together,--you shouldnt submerge your lense in water. this is the same with all thermal lenses.

I had that happen with my JT lens once, so I left the lens in my airing cupboard for about a week - sorted it out, but the sticky plastic came off a few outings later... not sure if that was related, but at least it extended its life for a couple of months. :D

as someone already pointed out....dont mess with a damaged lens, no matter how it is damaged.....get a new lens
