dwell on an ion

hi how do you measure dwell on an ion?
i meen like people say i have my dwell on 12 so how do you count up to 12 on a stock board on an ion?

a setting of 12 is way low for an ion, even with a bolt and q.e.v, the dwell on a stock ion should be in the high 30's

drop the dwell as far as it will go, then increase it until you get fully-cycling shots. try with paint, adjust up some more if needed. then add about 10 presses up for this time of year.

basically follow the dwell optimisation process as per the manual.....
