Yo, as far as I know, it does - It can display three numbers at once, at the bottom it has a "Ready" bar and when it's switched to BPS mode, the little dot acts as a decimal point, before you commit, let me check for you, I'll post back later

Just read the manual, it's how I said it was in the last post, the indicator at the bottom acts as a decimal point, the example it shows in the manual is 18.3bps (Manual included by the way, forgot to post it was!)
