just to throw in a little question........
Just because the ion had an earlier realease and smart parts have the biggest marketing power...........
"does that make the Ion the better gun"?
No i didn't think so either,
If the Ion's better then fine but just because it's sold by the wheelbarrow load already, is that enough reason to buy it over the wrath?
Just a thought:rolleyes:

I think the wrath sounds like a clever design.

And you get a locking feedneck and the (essential in my opinion) ability to field strip the bolt as standard.

Also I tend not to believe people who are sponsored, because they are involved in selling the product, of course they are going to say its good.

If I were looking at these two markers, I would go for the wrath every time.

Plus - Wrath also uses cocker barrels so you don't have to buy new barrels if you go to a cocker, timmy or trix later. Wrath has better regulator. Wrath doesn't require new ASA to be comfy

Ion has rebound, but no easy capping and so both need flashed boards to get the good stuff.

Both need a better trigger

Performance wise they are pretty well matched, but the Wrath wins out on the spec sheet unless you spend £££ on the Ion.

Note your point John as you do tend to get real biased comments I.e "my crock of sh*t rocks dood"

If you wanna real opinion of ions Vs Wraths speak to Robtattoo who work for Fatbobs, they sell both markers and he spends all his time fixing wraths. from what ive seen and used of the wraths... there f**king w**k, language is appropriate in this case

Seriously dude, get an ION. The RoF is easily cappable, I know the wrath has an alleged higher RoF, but you'll never get it to more than 6 or 7 a second. I've had 9 of these returned up to speed with faulty solenoids (out of 12 sold !!!) Up to date 4 IONs out of around 80 have come back, all with small leaks that were fixed in around 2 minutes. On paper the wrath looks to be the better of the two guns, but in all fairness, if you spend an extra £30 on the ION (Q-Lok feedneck & a unimount) you really do have a gun that will hold it's own on any tournament or rec-ball field. The main difference between the two is the consistency of finish. Every ION made, is an exact copy of every other ION, whereas the Wrath seems to be slightly different, every time. I know it's only a stupid thing, but some wraths seem to have nice, light trigger pulls, straight from the box, whilst others feel like badly made electro spyders. I've had one back where the shoe on the micro switch actually hit the bottom of the trigger guard, no matter how hard you pulled the trigger, nothing happened !!
In conclusion (excuse the ramble) IONs throw rocks, Wraths suck cocks. :D

Yes but i am offering an O3X which is a better verison of the wrath... it works the same way but it is a more expensive version.

Mine is virtually brand new, ready to rock...£250 notes.
