It should be running at around 3 1/2 turns I would have thought.

That's what mine was.

on the instruction it says turn it 2.5 complete 360 turns out will set the pressure to 70 to 80 psi. does this mean 2.and half turns then?

yes, 2 and 1/2 full turns buddy. if you want it to just work do that for now and tune it fully when bedded in

wound out the screw 5 truns like it said in the manual.. however it seems to

pretty sure the 8's had a miss print in the manuals sould be about 3 turns

thats awsome! i had some air left over! so i aired it up and now its leaking air at the LPR, but i'm very very low on air, its almost zero! is this normal?

yes, when pretty much out of air the fuse bolt will leak out of the rear. Dont worry
