All sorted, thanks for the help guys, for some reason the hyper 3 reg only had 8 shims in when it should have 12. Serviced it again and all is good.

Do you know anyone with an ion? If so stick your reg on there to get the right pressure then ajust the lpr for the 280fps.
i watched the perfect Techpb YouTube clip on this. tryin to find it now but its impossible cos theres so fookin many. drop it in if i get lucky and find it for you pal.
