pros and cons of each please, preferably from people who have owned and used them.

I have heard that Egos can be hard on paint at times however most of the world seems to be using one..................

did have a Nexus Ego which was lovely but i only had it for a short time and didn't really get to use it that much.

Now in the market for a high end marker and split between these two...........

opinions please???????

DM6.

I own 2 DM6's, 1 Ego (and have owned 2 other standard and 1 nexus ego's)

DM6's take quite a bit of bedding in, but once they are run in they are sweet as fcuk. By far the most accurate marker ever, ball on ball consistency every time. Amazingly quiet and soft on paint, light as a feather too. Ultralite grip frame is by far and away the best available, it feels so comfortable its unreal.
Downsides: Can be heavy on air, but again gets better the more you use it.

Ego is a great gun, especially the nexus derivative. As said before though can be hard on paint, is not as accurate as the DM and the consistency in velocity doesn't seem as good. Prefer the hud on the ego. Also a bit common these days.

Bournemouth.
DM6 hands down. Played with both and the DM6 is easier on paint, smoother and the UL frame is freakin superb! In fact, the gripframe is so good i bought one to go on my PM5...:D

ego vs dm6

get an ego.........................period..........hard on paint ,,,,,how silly is that...egos touch paint like a mother caressing a new born child............NEVER chop

egos r light, feel wicked in ur hand.........better than any dye gun (opinion)
and as a bonus are soooooo much easier 2 clean, bolt out, squeegee...job dun, no allen key necessary!!.
and whats this losing velocity at high rof...use a hp input air system u nutter!!! job sorted.+ btw i use lp input and have never had a prob low velocuty at high rof

egos r simple and faaast . BADASS guns. no other cumes close
