Yeah, mine does it sometimes, when i fiddle with it and loosen the screw, just tighten it down a tad, and it should be fine :)


if not, i would recommend on of those CP continues flow plugs, they are decent bit's of kit.... i've also seen people dremel/grind the on/off down, so it's impossible to turn.

Its not quite made of DM6s... Im more of a DM7 man.. y'know ;)

Sounds like you need to replace the white 009 o-ring that lays around the side of the on/off tap.. you'll need to remove the grip frame (remember to unplug the wires on the board) and you'll see on the under side of the body just behind the hyper2 port there is a tiny grub screw. Unscrew that using a 5/64'' allen key and you can just pull the on/off out the front.

Check that there is no dirt / debris in the hollow where the on/off sits, change the o-ring, re-grease it and pop it back in.

when you put your on off back in make sure you have it in the on position. and tighten grub screw till the on off justs starts to turn.
