Are these the same grips as the older DMs? I'm trying to see if I can find a replacement cost for them.

DM14 or the 15's style sticky grips will fit, but to be honest they don't really need replacing. One of the tabs on the grip is worn so the grip comes away from the frame slightly on that side, but once you're holding the gun it makes no difference, you wouldn't notice it when playing
