it was to do with there not being enough teams in some of the lower leagues so they made a scratch team so that they would get enough games
the scratch teams were made up of anyone who wanted to play some more games
our team was ancaster wild cards had people from inferno pheonix manc union and tigers

Yes Ben the PA were aware of it.
There were circumstances that probably were unavoidable, but up until that point I believed the rules applied whatever the circumstances.

are we talking about registered players for the PA cup? in which case i dont think the reg. system applies, as their was the opportunity for Non PA teams to enter the cup.
