div 1 pa players up for rent

hay guys just wondering if any 1 needs any players for this weekends pa cup my self and a mate he being better than i. looking for a last run out of the year so were up for rent post rply and leave email.

Did it? Can you elaborate John?

I thought they scrapped the player classification system at the last round.

I know there were Tigers and Union players playing in div 2.



With a system like that, you need to stick to the rules no exceptions. Otherwise it loses its credibility instantly.

There was never anything in place to stop people playing in whatever division they wanted to???

The whole concept of registering players was that sandbagging was no more - you could be in Div and have Chris Lasoya on your roster and it was fair game, he just couldn't play for anyone else in a 45 day window.

What it did do was stop people being able to jump from team to team (guesting) from month to month.
Rulebook here... Not sure whether it applies to people who are on the roster of one team but have never played for them or only 'active' players trying to switch (can't see why it would make any difference for players that are registered to a team but have never played an event??)

What I am talking about is players who were allowed to swap teams in a matter of minutes rather than waiting for the one week period.

Not inactive players either.

Ah right, no was definately not aware of that.

Do you know if the PA were aware of it? Or was it people saying they were someone else?
