okidoki. jst wondering wether that was what nk's seed is for the div or wether it was jst random

As div2 this year is last years Div3, the seeding goes.

1st - the highest team that played Div2 last year through the Div2 rankings
then the teams seeded by their 2006 Div3 ranking
then the teams seeded by their 2006 M5 ranking (inc you)
then new teams alphabetically
