the scores must be wrong on the NPPL website then, they've go shock down with a 98 point win... unless shock have played one more game.
We only play three games today so that may be the reason but I have Junior calling me after every game telling me who did what and how, so we have got three in the bag with tomorrow looming.
As far as Shockwave go, there is no way they have their normal team out there, they have only got five of their guys playing with two Stateside pick ups helping them out.
Even when they knew they were up against it in terms of putting out their strongest squad, they still all put their hand in their pocket and made the trip to the US to try and qualify for the NPPL 2005 pro bracket....respect !!!!!!
And no, I am not being patronising just because we won, I dreaded that game against them as it can all so easily go wrong.
I genuinely wish them well and hope their commitment is gonna be rewarded with a qualification place for next season...just as long as it don't push us out
