Good news everyone! We are introducing the first of our monthly open pub gatherings, where you can exchange news, gossip and tech talk over a pint or two.

The first gathering will be at a pub near Covent Garden (t.b.a.) on a date to be agreed upon.

Gods no!! That would mean less money for Paintball. We'll will confirm the date on 1st Dec and venue. Just gonna find us a pub with good atmosphere to have beers and chat about paintball.

If anyone else is looking for a site for their team let us know and we may be able to help including hosting for a small fee as its being used for our favourite hobby

Not exactly Covent Garden, but not that far away, the Shakespeares Head on Kingsway is a popular meeting place. The have a happy hour and feature special beers for cheap as chips prices. Its a Weatherspoons and they have some BIG tables u can get 15 people round (polished surface, ideal for spin the bottle...) Er, not that i would know... Or for more atmosphere the Worlds End in Camden Town is cool and not too far from Waggamamas (sp?) mmm Katsu...

Cheap beer, spin the bottle--sounds good to me. If only more birds played paintball. The poll is showing a preference for Sundays right now. Don't know why, that usually conflicts w/ the playing of paintball. If you prefer another night, vote now.

Hell, if we're going to Camden - why not start at the Purple Turtle in Mornington Crescent, work our way up the high street, take in the Worlds End, onto the Devonshire Arms (Goth chicks mmmmm) and onto the Ice Wharf just by the lock
