The Bar helped matters considerably too.

Toulouse 2k3 was one of the highlights for me, Paris this year was great (if only for the XL turf debut - I love that stuff)

max masters is the best set up for a tournie, you can walk to the site from your hotel and every ones hotels are within 100metres of each other for a few social ones in the evening

my favourite in the Uk is Ashford Euro 5man, great organisation etc and should have better wheather next year if its held earlier in the year.......whahoo no rain
