Good job all involved I think things are in motion to get things sorted for next time, I know Kieran and I know a lot of things were far beyond control and hopefully he has already put things in place to sort this out.

Hopefully the tech and trade presence there will continue throughout the series, with the boys at LPS doing a great job teching, nice to see Jim & Jill this far down South as well.

Any1 else think the no pads under trousers and shirts with padding rule sucked 'cos of the hardness of the ground?? Any chance of Kieran doing a quick poll of the teams that entered into the event and see if they want the rule in place or abandoned?? End of the day it's the players that it will effect and not the tournement series

thanks to all the teams that took part on sunday and also thanks to dave and the dartford 7 crew, as i have had plenty of experiance of trying to set up a site for torni players ive got to say dave you've got a nice setup there, i hear you were let down by the tent company will we have a team area/ marcee next time, we were lucky it didnt rain and a chrono area please one of my lads nearly copped it leaving the toilets, these are just a couple of points i hope you can address for next time, its nice to see in this thread no slaging off may be we can get behind the organisers and marshal's and offer constructive critasisum to improve this torni not pull it apart, weve got a lot of good players/teams and trade support to make this a real good long term event.
i cant wait for next month

Dave Stewart would like to give a huge thanks all the teams, helpers, marshalls, vendors and spectators that attended and showed there support.

a big thanks to all the d7 crew good to see that you can take some critasim and intend on improving on it but other than a few things that you already new about the tourney was great.

big thanks to all div 4 especially jolt who put us back in our place as we thought jeramy beadle was going to appear after winning 2 games in a row as that was unheard of from us lol

A big thanks to all the teams in Division 4 from Team Jolt.

We had some great games during what felt like a long day with the early start.

We had a really awesome first "proper" tourney by winning every game, not bad for a team with minimal sponsorship.

Team Jolt are already booked to play the next leg and look forward to playing you all again there.
