Oh yes indeed! I think that's just about the norm these days, and it's more likely that tournaments will tell you if it isn't rather than is all sup air

Draxxus usually bring along some stuff along with their paint, Nemesis are likely to bring shiney things as well as Severe paint, Just Paintball are coming with full trade stand, Keltic are selling paint and 95% sure that LPS will be selling stuff as well.
