L J use ure brains mate make sure u are ready to go apart from ure marker the night before then the moment h-pac turn up explain the situation and am sure u can get one of the first fill giving you ages to walke the fields and do the rest of ure bits.

the way it works is one of two ways actually you either pay the full balance on the day and the deposit is rolled over to the next event or you take the deposit out of the cost of the days play either way whoever paid the deposit needs to come to this agreement with the rest of the team i am guessing that you do not have a team fund as such set up as u are all newbies so the best bet is the rolling deposit.
