Keiran said he is going to leave it as late as possible to post the divisions up this time, in case any more teams drop out at the last minute. Otherwise we could see one division with 9 teams, and another with only 7, and we'd rather avoid trhat if we can.
Of course if most of the teams got their act together like some of them do, then we would have a confirmed 32 a couple of weeks beforehand rather than an undignified scramble for the lqast few places less than a week before the tourney!
