Unless there is the equipment to measure the RoF, the only way ramping could be allowed is if it is uncapped, cos there's no way I'm letting a judge pull me cos he thinks my 15bps sounds 15.5 or 16bps.
Uncapped semi is the way to go without the RoF detection equipment (as much fun as ramping is, and as much as I'd love to play it )

I asked the question to get exactly this kind of response, I would preffer ramping to be banned but don't want to be facing players who have their markers ramping and my team have ours in true semi.
