Dose anybody know where I may be able to find a place somewhere close to London that can do some milling on my 2000 stock angel LCD ?

Any engineering firm can mill them but the problem is they won't know the thickness of the various walls of the marker. Get it milled at your own risk! Considering the price of a new body If you do decide to do it just make sure you have confidence in the firm you use!
Maybe ask WDP to provide the body statistics you never know.

An alternative (though not close to London) is meteor paintball in France. They do milling and anodizing at a reasonable price. Check www.meteorpaintball.com for details.
