for what its worth ive used all the ego bolts going and the cure is the best
no breaks ever even in cold weather with training style paint (which is lower qaulity).

some thing to consider also is that in my ego7 i havent even had a barrel pop in so much as about 10 cases, which can also show that balls arent being damaged on their way to the breach (cushioned by the cure bolt).

some barrel bursts can be a result of damaged paint then being blasted down the barrel, so it wont look exactly like a chop/breach burst.

happy with my 07 and cure

Never had a problem breaking paint, except my original 05 which broke paint before they curved the front end of the bolt off because of it nicking paint on the way in the breach.

We (the clan) used our 07s' inthe freezing (and raining) scottish weather this sunday with no problems at all from what I seen, and think we went through 20-30 boxes of paint :)

So the cure bolt appears to do exactly what it says it does. That combined with the fact EGOs are nice on paint anyway :)

I have a dart bolt, In the recent chilly months I get occasional barrel breaks with the rare chop thrown in for good measure, but I'm poor so generally use ****tier paint. I'm gonna try a new-designZ bolt see it thats any good.

The cure bolt is the most recent ego bolt and is designed to help all of the problems the other bolts have. Planet are not the kind of people that release upgrade parts that are useless or not as good as other products becuase they know people will buy them. The cure bolt would have been released as it is the best bolt for the ego...
