That was an Empire Halo type hopper, really fun idea, and really fun to use

The paint shell was "charged" inside the hopper by UV lights, and when fired were luminescent

Problem is the halo weighed a ton!

It was basically just a reloader b with some lights in and a mirror effect on the inside of the shell. it was real fun tho. only got to use it once or twice.
